A Bad Makeover
Group show ‘Ich bin dursichtig andere Leute sehen mich nicht’, Amsterdam 2021

An intervention of a bag made by Carlotta Stolberg, using iconography of “bad” makeovers from early 2000’s movies and pop culture. The starting point - a clear acrylic bag - transformed with braids and bows, teenage signifiers of ‘bad taste’. The result was was part of a group show in Amsterdam in 2021.
